Storm chasing is not a job. Storm chasers do not get paid to chase. The only pay a chaser gets is from selling their photos and videos to the media.
There are jobs that deal with weather. These can be meteorologists, broadcast meteorologists, university professors, researchers, military meteorologists, and private business meteorologists who work with or along side markets such as accuweather, wunderground, The Weather Channel, and other businesses.

There seems to be more opportunity in broadcast meteorology. It's tough to find entry level positions for forecasting and research jobs unless you have a masters or Ph.D. For a lot of jobs out there, they want people who know several programming languages (C++, FORTRAN). I'm getting my b.s. in atmospheric science w/ aviation minor in 3 weeks, and it's been tough finding jobs (unless I wanted to go on tv...) Right now I'm looking to work at an airline, either as a meteorologist or dispatcher. If you want to join the military, there's an opportunity there too.
