Nearly all of the countries in the world use the Celsius system. These include most of Africa, South America, Asia, the Middle East Australia and Europe. In the early 1970s, the United Kingdom switched from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

USA and Belize are the only countries that use the Fahrenheit scale.

The Kelvin scale is used around the world primarily by scientists, especially those involved with cryogenic engineering subjects.

Kelvins are used internationally as a non-negative measure of temperature; they are the units most frequently used in Chemistry, Physics, etc.

All of them. The Kelvin scale is used by scientists, however, not to report the temperature outside or of the human body.
