What you are getting is the Point Forecast Matrices issued by the Des Moines, IA NWS office when you click on the severe weather warning. Des Moines area are getting some severe weather, but not your area. It looks like something has gone wrong at the weather channel computer system or their web site. Hope they get it fix soon.

Point Forecast Matrices are updated at least every six hours. More often if updates are needed for the zone forecast product. These numbers and letters are coded in a way that is read just like MOS guidance. For people who use MOS, they will have no trouble with reading this type of coding.
