I was planning on wearing tights with shorts tomorrow & a long sleeve to school. Weather reports say it'll be sunny with partial cloudiness, and it said the highest it would get tomorrow was 70 at 2:00, but my lunch is at 12:00 and it said it would be around 68 at that time. We eat lunch outside too. So, would it be okay to wear what I wanna wear?

Well.. it depends on what you are used to. And what season it is. Right now it is 11 am here and 88 degrees F. It will be in low 90s today. In January if it is 68 or 70 degrees, that feels ok. But NOW, in October, it would feel a bit chilly.

You can probably wear what you want. 68-70 degrees fahrenheit (about 20-21 degrees celsius) is normal room temperature. If it is sunny, you will be comfortable. If it is cloudy or windy, you may be a little bit cool. If you're only out for lunch, you can probably take a chance.

I consider that's pretty bloodless. Spring water is seventy two and most folks take a even as to get used to that. Water holds temperature higher than air, so 70 degree water appears lots colder than 70 measure air.

It is probably relative to what you are accustomed to.

For instance, I live in South Florida and consider 68 degrees a little chilly.

It's warm, definitely not cold. You can wear whatever you want, it won't be cold outside.
