Is it humid when it snows?

I've never been around snow, and I heard it may snow tomorrow for where I live. I want to wear my hair down tomorrow, but if it's going to be humid, that would be stupid.

I don't know why anyone says it is mostly dry. When it snows, the humidity is 100%. The humidity is actually higher in the winter than the summer, even though it doesn't feel humid because it is so cold. Humidity is measured by how close the dew point is to the temperature. In the summer, the dew point is in the 70s, but the temperature is the 90s, so the air is not saturated. When it snows, the dew point and the temperature is the same, meaning 100% humidity. So yes, when it snows, there is 100% humidity.

Usually very humid. The dewpoint when it snows is around the same temperature as the air, just like when it rains. So even though the dewpoint may be 25, if it's 27F and snowing the humidity is around 90%, so yes it is humid when it snows, and usually when there is any precipitation.
