santa anas are crazy dry! i live in san diego and i know that these past few days the humidity has been even lower than 10% at times. the problem though is that once the fires get started, the high winds that santa anas produce fuel the fire and spread the fire like crazy. this time we were lucky in san diego to not have had the strong winds. but with these conditions, and even in southern california as it is there is little moisture to make much of a difference. The new super scoopers are kicking some fire butt though!

It takes humidity to make clouds. You have to have clouds to seed in order to make artificial rain. There was no humidity on Friday and Saturday. Right now it is up to 26% humidity, so there is hope yet!

I know they could make the athmosphere gather clouds.

I think sulfur does it..and lots of EMF..time to call HAARP!
