You do not seem to understand what causes the seasons on earth. It caused by the inclination of the orbit and the earth's tilt in relation to it orbit and the sun. Every season has an opposite and the seasons are the same north or south of the equator. So if it is winter north of the equator it is summer south of the equator. It cannot be spring or fall. It will be spring in the northern hemisphere when the orbit of the earth travels far enough in its orbit around the sun to expose more of the sun. You realize that the earth itself blocks the sun. That is why it is dark 6 months of the year at both the north and south poles. That is why it is dark at night, because the earth blocks the sun.

No. It's summer right now in the southern hemisphere [countries like Chile, Argentina, South Africa and New Zealand. It would have been spring there in about October and November

No... it's winter in the northern hemisphere, and summer in the southern hemisphere. When it is spring in the northern hemisphere, it will be fall in the southern hemisphere.
