well what happens is when it rains it means the clouds are full of water which then makes it rain(persipitates)then that goes to puddles in the sea on the ground everything when it becaomes a hot or dry day the water thats in the sea or ground evaporates into the air and goes into the clouds when they get heavey it rains again and that is the water cycle
