So I have a loft bedroom and it's so cold that I can actually see my breath. Is there a certain temperature that you can see it?
(Also, if you could answer in degrees Celsius that would be great)

There is not a specific temperature as it is dependent on how moist the air is to begin with. The drier the air, the lower the temperature would need to be. What you are seeing is condensed water vapor that you emitted from your lungs, and if the air is relatively moist to begin with then the air emiited by your lungs will not need to cool much before condensation begins.

You can see your breath when the air temp is below the dewpoint and that is varible based on temp and humidity.
